Terms of Service Agreement

By commissioning the artist (Sputnik-) you have confirmed that you have read through the TOS thoroughly and agreed to all of it's terms.

3D MODEL COPYRIGHT AND USE^{1. All commissioned models are for non-commercial use. Redistribution of the model from the artist on merchandise or as a promotion for goods and services outside the commission are prohibited.}^{2. You may make changes on your own model ONLY if it isn't commissioned from another artist or done completely by yourself or free from a friend}^{3. Prohibited actions:
- Claiming the model as yours (saying that you made it).
- Re-selling assets purchased from the creator that you do not own.
- Commissioning a different artist to make changes to an existing one.}^{4. If these terms are broken, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me.}^{If you have questions about this, please ask ahead of time before commissioning.}

Payment InformationBASE PRICES ARE FROM $/£120 to $/£500+^{Current accepted types of currency are USD and GBP, all payments must be made on PayPal, payment will only be accepted from the commissioner and nobody else.}

^{Character complexity, Extra assets, clothing, texturing, and bone rigging can affect prices.}Refund Policy
^{If you, the commissioner is not happy with how your commission is turning out and wish to request a refund, I, the artist can offer a percentage based refund policy based on how complete the commission is. these percentages are:}^{Modelling - 80%
Clean-up - 60%
Texturing - 40%
Rigging - 20%}

I will NOT allow refunds after a commission is complete, as I update commissioners often about the current state of their models which gives them enough time to look over and give the green light to move onto the next stage of the commission.

- Hateful Content (Anti-LGBTQ, Hate Speech etc.)
- Heavily Suggestive (softcore, "It's my artsyle" type characters etc.)}

^{Before commissioning me, please make sure that you the commissioner have enough applicable reference images of what you wish to have modelled:}

— Notes of particular details
— Colour palettes (Hex codes appreciated!)
— Real life equivalents of clothing, accessories etc. if possible}}

If you are to use your commissioned model at any point for VTubing, Content creation etc. Please make sure to always credit me in the description and link back any one of my online accounts.
